The United States tortured the detainees at Guantanamo.  The pdf of the 2007 ICRC report is ~40 pages and really should leave no doubt at all as to what the W. Thanks to Pacrand for renewing again the site.  Though sometimes we post less frequently, I have always been glad to have a place to share things with friends.  (In a much more personal arena than FB.)
